This is an experiment. I am trying to see if I can go without any processed sugar for a month. For the purpose of the experiment, let us set us set up the parameters.

I will not have any white sugar/brown sugar
No biscuits
No chocolates
No store brought namkeens

Consume home cooked food.
Rice, wheat and such other grains, fruits are permitted.

The experiment is to last for 30 days and I will note how I feel everyday. And after the end of the 30 day period. 

Lets see how this goes. I will log my success or failure everyday.
